Our property search service is an extension to our property sales service.
We work for you under a 'mandat de recherche' to carry out farm or property searches having discussed and established a list of specific requirements with you.
We negotiate and advise on your behalf, and will extend our searches to government agencies, private sellers and other agence immobilieres (estate agents) with whom we work. We regularly advertise in the press for unusual or very specific properties.
A 6 month renewable retainer is charged for this service. Should you purchase a property through us this retainer charge will be deducted from the sales commission.
